We offer Notary services for a variety of Loan Documents requiring a notary to witness signatures and acknowledge and verify the signer(s).  In addition, we have Bilingual Notaries (English/Spanish) available, we cover all of Southern CA, and we are committed to providing our customers with high quality and professional services in all of your notary needs. 

We can accomodate our services for your clients at their home or work place, with all the busy schedules we will provide strategic and flexible solutions for everyone.  Customers do appreciate the convenience of accomdating them and getting the job done accordingly in a timely manner. 

All notaries are certified from the State of California, with over 8 years loan documents signing experience, and commissioned 18 years in the State of California.

What will a Notary Public need to know before meeting with signers
Each signer must present one of the following valid government issued photo identification card current  or issued within the past (5) years:

• Driver's License or California Identification Card
• Driver's License(International) such as from Mexico or Canada, ect.
• US Military ID Card
• Foreign passport stamped by USCIS
• U.S. Passport (current)
