I offer Notary services for a variety of Loan Documents requiring a notary to witness signatures and acknowledge and verify the signer(s).  In addition, I'm a Bilingual Notary (English/Spanish) available,  I cover all of Southern CA, and I am committed to providing  customers with high quality and professional services in all of your notary needs. 

I can accomodate my services for your clients at their home or work place, with all the busy schedules we will provide strategic and flexible solutions for everyone.  Customers do appreciate the convenience of accomdating them and getting the job done accordingly and in a timely manner. 

I'm certified from the State of California, with over 9 years loan documents signing experience, and commissioned for over 20 years in the State of California.

What a Notary Public needs to know before meeting with signers
Each signer must present one of the following valid government issued photo identification card current  or issued within the past (5) years:

• Driver's License or California Identification Card
• Driver's License(International) such as from Mexico or Canada, ect.
• US Military ID Card
• Foreign passport stamped by USCIS
• U.S. Passport (current)
